Attention: Unauthorized Sellers of wagwear and KiloNiner Products in Thailand

To Whom It May Concern,

Re: Exclusive Distribution Rights for wagwear and KiloNiner Products in Thailand

We are writing to formally inform all unauthorized sellers, distributors, and businesses that TANK TINKER c/o Mostwell Limited holds the exclusive rights to distribute wagwear and KiloNiner products in the Kingdom of Thailand.

Our agreement with both wagwear and KiloNiner stipulates that we are the sole authorized distributor for these brands within the specified territory.

Authorized Retail Channels

We would like to clarify for the general public and potential buyers that the only authorized retail channels in Thailand for the purchase of genuine wagwear and KiloNiner products are:

1.            TANK TINKER

2.            BeTrend Siam Paragon

3.            BeTrend Emporium

4.            The Standard Bangkok

5.            The Standard Hua Hin

Any products bought outside these channels may not be genuine and will not be covered under any warranties or guarantees provided by the brands.

It has come to our attention that there are entities engaging in the parallel importation and unauthorized sale of wagwear and KiloNiner products outside of these approved channels. This is a clear violation of our exclusive rights and may also contravene Thai laws governing parallel imports, intellectual property, and fair-trade practices.

We hereby urge all unauthorized sellers, businesses, and individuals:

1.   To immediately cease and desist from importing, advertising, promoting, offering for sale, and/or selling any wagwear and KiloNiner products in Thailand outside of the approved channels.

2.   To refrain from making any representations, either directly or indirectly, that they are affiliated with, endorsed by, or have the rights to sell wagwear and KiloNiner products in Thailand.

Should any unauthorized seller, business, or individual continue with these illicit activities, we will take swift and decisive legal action. We strongly encourage all parties to respect our exclusive distribution rights and to comply with Thai laws. We also urge consumers to purchase wagwear and KiloNiner products only from authorized channels to ensure that they receive genuine products that adhere to the highest standards of quality.
